OUR MISSION: To raise $5,000 to support and provide supplies for the local schools and NGOs in Siem Reap, Cambodia!
OUR TEAM: We are Global Service Scholars’s Team Cambodia, a cohort of 12 undergraduate students from UC Irvine and UC Santa Barbara. Abroad, we will be partnering with local schools and NGOs in Siem Reap, Cambodia to serve the community through classroom support, NGO development, and healthcare projects.
OUR FUNDING AND GOALS: We will be in Cambodia for 4 weeks, but hope to create long lasting, sustainable and attainable changes through intangible and tangible items. With the funds we raise, we are looking to buy much needed general school supplies, library materials, hygiene products, and school uniform materials.
Even a small donation can go a long way. Supporting at the healing level will help us purchase hygiene supplies such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and soap.
Even a superhero needs a spark of creativity to help them jump into action. Through this donation you can contribute to energizing Cambodia’s youth and help towards their development by supplying art and crafts supplies, as well as books.
A superhero is only as strong on the outside as they are on the inside. Supporting through the super strength level would allow us to increase funding for empowerment programs for Cambodian students.
Every superhero needs their super suit. This donation will provide us with enough funding to buy the supplies for a school uniform for a child in Cambodia.
Donations of this amount go a very long way and can take many different forms! At this level, your donation could mean anything from school supplies and uniforms for a number of students to projectors for classrooms, and just about anything else the NGOs we are working with may need.
