We are hoping to raise $10,000 to help cover the costs associated with hosting The American Physical Society (APS) Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP) at UCI.
APS CUWiP is a three day, professional conference which provides undergraduate women and underrepresented genders in physics with the opportunity to explore career pathways, learn about graduate school, and build community.
This year’s conference will take place January 17–19, 2020, and will feature keynote speakers, workshops, panel sessions, and networking events. We are very excited to host this event! CUWiP is a unique networking opportunity for students to share meaningful experiences and have important conversations about the space we navigate as physicists, and we are proud to contribute to a welcoming learning environment at UCI.
Your contribution at any level will help us make this event a success! Please donate to our campaign, spread the word to your friends and family, and follow us on social media!
