Thank you for your support! </p> The UC Irvine School of Medicine Class of 1986 Travel Endowment for Medical Students was created as a lasting legacy honoring their class while supporting current students at the institution where their journey as physicians began. This award empowers UC Irvine School of Medicine students to attend professional development conferences that advance their training and experience, with a particular emphasis on social justice and global health initiatives.
This endowment fuels exploration and inspires the next generation of medical professionals to expand their horizons through meaningful educational opportunities. This scholarship significantly alleviates the financial burden of medical education, allowing me to fully focus on this travel and volunteer experience without the added stress of additional debt.
