Why support UCI?

Donors make UCI the place we all know and love! Unfortunately the revenue we receive from tuition, fees, and government support does not fully cover the cost of operating UCI; the remainder is provided for by our community.

The UCI Fund supports scholarships, student programs and classroom technology, in addition to many other campus resources which help Anteater students be successful during their time at UCI and beyond.

Support from our alumni, parents and community members are critical for creating a healthy pool of resources for scholarships, financial aid, and student programs. When you support UCI, you are advancing the American dream by furthering accessibility to higher education for underrepresented groups.

Your gift not only impacts the day-to-day experience of students, but can also increase the value of a UCI degree. Institutions like U.S. News & World Report take giving participation into account when they rank universities.
