The UCI Fund serves students across all schools and departments and provides the university with the ability to support areas of greatest need on campus and respond to new opportunities as they arise. Unlike endowments or restricted funds, the UCI Fund can be used when and where it is needed most, from tuition assistance to classroom equipment to faculty research.

Student Support and Scholarships
Over half of UCI students are first-generation college students, and many come from low-income families where the cost of a college education can often be out of reach. In fact, over 70 percent of UCI's enrolled students receive some form of financial aid. Gifts to the UCI Fund help provide scholarship support and offset many program expenses students incur.
UC Irvine Experience and Impact
